Did you check the compatibility of those fruits blend? I feel its too much especially with the milk. Yourgurt would have been more appealing to the taste.

Veggies look over cooked. Would have been more colorful and crunchy if you had brought down the heated butter and stirred in the veggies to avoid over heating.
