That is what I still do not understand.
By researching, what do u do?
can u pls shed more light.
For me when I want to buy a domain, all I do is use filters on ED then look at the end- I can get, if I see up to like 10 end-s, I buy it. that is all to my own way of research.
Please, what I'm I missing out
You are missing Page 1, and ALL the pages after it.

Is it wise to US County domains, instead of city. That is County plus services

County name and service
Depends on the county. Check other counties in the state. Do they have similar names ed AND developed? Check cities in that county, are similar names ed AND developed? Are there companies operating in more than 1 city, but still using one city geo name (potentials for expansion)?

Please house what do you think of buying the singular of a domain when the plural is already in use?
There is no one answer to this. Depending on the business, some names are better in plural than singular, and vice versa.

List for usual $400-500 bro.

Sell fast and move on
Without knowing the name, how did you arrive at such a blanket appraisal?

Population of a location place a pivotal role in these things bro. Think about that. I think County is same as Local Government as we have here in Nigeria.
Thanks Boss some counties have big cities inside them

He said it's a city + pool domain which is obviously a geo domain.

Isn't it better he sold it for quick flip than wait for the big bucks that may never come?

he is trying to telling you, you can't just appraise a name without knowing the city. There are factors you consider before giving appraisal. That your price may be too high or too low depending on the city, population, end s, competition etc.

Huge domains can afford to overprice to some extent, they have a large portfolio and drop names every year. They are not a standard for a small time domainer.

Boss please I am planning on buying a domain that can give me like $1-2 daily.
But my questions are:-
If I finally find a seller
1.How will I know that a domain actually makes $1-2 daily
2. What important things do I need about the domain.

I know that there are a lot of scammed out there...
So I want be careful.
A domain that makes $1-2 daily is either a parked domain or a domain with a website/blog. A parked domain, you take monthly screenshot for your potential buyer to see and even the report from the parking company.

For your own website/blog, you will install Google Analytics (free) to monitor traffic because most buyers will want to know this. You cannot manipulate it or don't try to manipulate it. For the earnings, you will always have proof of your sources of income, whether it is Google Adsense, marketing, A marketing or from your own product or service.

The important things you need are:
-Domain name
-Web hosting
-Content
-Backlinks
-Your search engine rankings for "money keywords"
-Traffic sources
-Monthly net revenue
-Evidence of monthly earnings consistently

These are what I can off from my head now. But the secret here is learning and mastery.

Always producers make money more than consumers.

I understand you but situations could differ for everyone. At the end of the day he alone knows what his domain is worth whether you rate it a big xxxxx or not.

Bosess in the house ,is there a way to search for brandable domains on ED

Yes. Type the first few letters (may 3-4 characters) of your target brand domain name in the filter section where it says "Starts with...." in the "Domain Name Whitelist" portion.

See 2 screenshots below

My understanding of hunter.io is that u need to create an acct and without a domain name u can not
look at the pic and after u use a domain name to u will still have to input some kinds of stuff like point ur server to hunter.io or something like that
That's not true. U just need a custom email to . That's all

Little contribution for the house

In the search for end s, lets assume your domain is paycourier.com

you type on google: inurl:*pay.com OR inurl:*courier.com OR inurl:paycourier.com

Any website with pay or courier or paycourier as a word in its address will appear in your search, this can point you in the direction of ends, either websites with singular/plural versions of your name or hyphenated names etc you can then narrow which is applicable to you. Though the results can be enormous at times. An equivalent alternative is a paid service is Zfbot.com

Another is intitle:*pay.com OR intitle:*courier
This time it searches for the word pay or courier in the title of websites

Then there is crunchbase.com

Simply type in your keyword, DONT hit/click the search button, If your browser is compatible and your connection is fast, it will list a number of companies using that keyword name.

He will need to show you the name on screenshot, the c and the amount it makes everyday, then you do your research. Guess you are optng for parking? You will need to pay the amount the domain makes per month multiply btw 24-36 months. Happy Sunday
Thanks, I want to combine the two
