And the RISKS is still higher in those infected zones. There is no way you can get LASSA Fever when you live in an unaffected zone. No matter how dirty you are. Reported cases of the disease lies mainly in Northern Nigeria. This one is the first case l have hard of in the pith.

The specialist hospital in irrua Edo state is fully owned by the federal government but well ed by Edo state government in drugs,dialysis machine and ventilators.
Lassa fiver can only be treated in a designated specialist hospital and the one in Edo state is the saddled with that responsibility in Nigeria.
I wish the corper a speedy recovery and call on both federal and state governments to ensure we have specialist hospitals that can treat lassa fever all over the country.
