Will they shortlist by ranks or just by highest grade? And again it seems most people didn't apply for ass-cadre 3 cuz in my center most of them are cadre 4 upward.

Screening out people is pretty easy. After this cbt, all they need to do is raise the cut-off for the cbt. By the time they put 70-75 as cut-off, most people will be screened out. So criteria for screening people out is the least of their worries.

By the way, this stage is not where the main "magu-magu" will start, it will be after the final stage (interview). If CG H. Ali sincerely wants to ensure transparency close to 100%, he can do it BUT he will have to be engaged in this recruitment "directly".

1. He will have to cross-check the 162k names against the 800k + names to ensure everyones called for the cbt actually applied for the job
2. After shortlisting for screening is done, he will have to do the same by cross checking and then hold on to the list for future scrutiny.
3. After screening, same is done for the interview list till the final shortlist of the "successful" applicants.

If he can do all this, then I will see how anyone will sneak anyone's name in the successful applicants list

If CG Ali is not willing to carryout at least step 2 and 3 himself, then it would be impossible to get anything close to "transparency" in this exercise.

amen ooo, but I really do not believe this, we all know his integrity level buhari and he is a man of his words...I have watched more than 3 interviews where we was assuring Nigerians and again see the process of their seizures auctioning. pls ask your friend to tell you the truth...might want to discourage you

Must people even pay money to get job but they will come and tell u its God that did it for them. They will even swear that they knw no one

even if you have a strong connection or god father don't rely heavily on him do ur part, try your best and believe in God, I am telling you this from experience
