The United Nations building is located in New York, American government have no right to deny a sovereign state that is a member of the UN ,diplomat especially a foreign minister to enter New York (IF) his/she visit has to do with UN. American government can however deny you whether president or anybody the right to visit other states within their country. American government should what led to the collapse of the League of Nations the first International Organization that brought countries together. One country will wake up one day and withdraw her hip from the UN and before you know other countries will follow.

Who's Russia and North Korea?These are poor and underdeveloped nations struggling to feed their citizens. Forget the display of weapons here and there to intimidate their people.Have u ever seen any of the developed nations like , ,UK displaying their war technology? This move has destroyed the very basis of why the UN was created. The UN was supposed to discuss issues of conflict between to avoid going to war. It was created after WW2. So how can Iran present it's grievances to the world, and have an opportunity to discuss with the US if it cannot even enter the UN because, it is housed by US?

The US host the United nations. The grounds of the UN is not owned by the US but the committee of nations.
The US has as an obligation to allow unrestricted to the UN headquarters by appointees of any UN member state.
What trump is doing is actually damaging America and making the US a rouge state.
