1. Is there really any difference between creating new domains and buying expired or deleted domains?

2. when you create the domain(as in your own new domain), did you build a website with it or it was just the domain name you sold?

3. Is it advisable for me to create my own domain names, them and sell off? Or would you prefer I bought the expired or deleted ones..

4. If it's advisable, could you recommend where I could my domain at the best price?

I followed the instruction above and Simon notified me since on Monday that the money had been sent but i didn't hear anything from Access Bank.
Out of curiosity, i went to make inquiry at the bank and to my dismay the C.S told me that its not possible to receive funds directly unless it was transferred through Moneygram (and that if so i need a code to cash the money)!

Please what do i do next?
