Hello house please I need advice, my wife did HSG and some findings on the report was that the cervical caliber of the canal is small and it has a wavy outline. Please what does this mean? She went to her gynecologist and he did examination lithotomy by hanging her legs up and pictures were taken to check the hole of the womb. he then explained to my wife that it is small and need a Mimi surgery to open it for free flow of sperm. Please have any body experience this before. If yes kindly share and advice. Many thanks

Yes, I had a similar experience. I met three different gynaecologists and they all told me, no need to take any drug for it, since I was not having any discharge. So it's very possible. But on my one, I took evergreen formula for women and it helped but it was not prescribed by any doctor.
The issue with high prolactin is that it prevents ovulation, it makes your brain think that you're breastfeeding, hence no ovulation.
it only becomes a problem if it affects your ovulation, do scan or ovulation prediction kit to know if you're ovulating, your hormonal profile should also indicate if you're ovulating or not. If you are ovulating normally don't worry yourself about the high prolactin. But if you are bothered speak to your gynaecologist about it, or take fertilaid or evergreen formula, either of them will help, vitex is also good. Relax your mind, it's not a problem to be worried about. Baby dust, you will share your bfp very soon, and everyone as well by God's grace.

I really don't have an idea about it, if everything else is okay, it's likely that is the issue causing the delay. You can consult another gynaecologist to get a second opinion. Wish you all the best.

I have heard about it, I did not experience it though but my doctor checked me for it & talked about a patient he did it for and she conceived a while later. Let your wife go for it it's a simple procedure. You can google cervix stenosis. I believe that's what it's called.

And considering that it's partially blocked as well and you are hyperstimulating with Clomid. Pregnancy may end up as ectopic (God forbid right). So be careful.

thanks very much for your response, the doctor didn't explain anything to me, he just went ahead and prescribed clomid, I'm even more scared now, didnt even realise the left is partially blocked too, because they wrote in the conclusion that it is patient. God help me.

Please work on your tubes as you take the clomid or you stop it temporarily and concentrate on opening tubes.
The tubes is the age way (road) where sperm meets eggs. It's like one of the most important parts in reproduction.
If you clear road, belle fit enter more easily with or without stimulation.

its possible i have high prolactin without breast discharge and i see my periods monthly every 30days but because the prolactin is high i dont ovulate, please treat it with bromocriptine or dostinex/cabergoline, your doctor will tell u d best dose based on your levels. It is easily treatable.
