The world is moving away from oil . Singapore, South Korea, Malaysia, Rwanda don't survive because of oil money. The world has moved beyond oil. Any state surviving because she has oil is a backward state.
IT, Scientific innovations rule the world. Akwa ibom , River state, and other oil producing states should wake up and diversify. With all said and done ONLY Abia state can survive without oil if the huge technology and talents in the state are properly harnessed.

Right now, only Lagos can survive without allocation. If Rivers and Akwa Ibom can survive without allocation then it means Bayelsa and Delta cn also survive.
