The Egyptian FA should be ashamed of themselves. How can they send their votes without any stamp authenticating it? They could later have claimed it's not from them since it wasn't stamped. Fifa doesn't it unstamped votes as a policy in order to avoid controversy.

The Nicaraguan captain said he didn't vote but his name appeared among the voters. When Fifa checked the stamped letter sent from their FA, his name and votes was contained in it. He should go and ask his FA board chairman while they voted on his behalf.

The Egyptian Football Federation claim they officially sent Egypt's vote to FIFA on August 15, four days before the deadline.
