Go to the settings of your phone
Scroll down to Sync
Click on it & disable auto sync data.
This will help to conserve data & battery usage

Done. Pls, hope it won't affect my email sync with Gmail Nd outlook (for office use)?

Naa, if everyone is like me they would have stopped this madness of flooding the market every other month with new models.

It's a standard practice that all my phones must stay a minimum of 2 years minimum before being considered to be replaced. People need to be less gullible.

It will. Your email won't sync with Gmail and outlook automatically.

You can only receive mails if you launch your email app.
