Big Brother Naija housemate, Mercy, purchased immunity to ensure she would be in the finale of the reality TV show, Igbere TV reports.

Igbere TV reports that during her diary session on Monday, she attempted to buy the immunity but did not have enough coins.

Fortunately, she got Mike to borrow her coins to complete the purchase and is now safe from eviction till the final week.

Last week, Mercy revealed that she was dumped by footballer, Emmanuel Emenike, who she was in a relationship with.

She made this known while in discussion with a housemate.

The contestant disclosed that she found out about his wedding to his wife, Iheoma Nnadi, on social media.

Mercy added that when she tried to get in touch with Emenike, she realised that he had blocked her across all social media platforms.

She believes that Emenike left her because she wasn’t popular.
