i just want to give my opinion on this issue of reading through pages, i think if you are really determined to go to its wise to read through two application periods(summer and winter) to understand how the application works, personally i read from part 5 and it was worth it, makes life easy for everyone, of course changes may come up from policy changes from the consulate, the first page of every long Topic on Nairaland answers a lot of questions for newbies...please if you can read 2 parts
