Well, bro, I am not arguing the 26 million figure with you. Just trying to juxtapose the figure with the recent press release of NYSC wherein they said over 4 million Nigerians have taking part in the scheme so far and giving the fact that requirement for application was stringent. But of course I knew even people who weren't qualified applied i.e some guys with 3rd and 2nd class lower and even HND without masters, also for G.T you must have graduated from 2014 upwards. But statically it is possible given our huge population and unemployment rate although I doubt it true.
Alas it doesn't matter at stage, me and you are already here and I pray we all get in.

Based on wat i know, you can only study on permission by your employer (either full or part time). The best thing is to meet any NNPC HR staff that you may know and seek for advice (informally). From then, you will know the next stage, formally. Doing it formally will give u advantage to include it in your file upon graduation, should any internal opportunity arises. Though, u may do it with out nnpc knowledge but at your own risk and against the HR handbook.

Because its not rocket science to do a verification exercise by yourself with the aid of the internet. Below is a link from 2 years ago stating how many graduates are mobilized yearly. Even if we know it could be lower or highe, lets use 200,000 graduates from 2010, it gives you almost half of the 4 million the OP quoted earlier.

Exactly my thought. Only NNPC guys can tell you exactly how the application numbers were generated. I highly doubt if it was serially assigned starting from No.1

I did my interview on July 9th, 12:00PM. I did my CBT in Uniport PH. Yet to receive payment.
A friend who did around the same time has been paid and who wrote the CNT in Port Harcourt also was paid first week of August.
I just want to know if there is anyone who did his/her interview same date and time and has not been paid also?
Note: I don't give a damn about the relationship between TP and APL. Local man just needs money.

Same date, 7am, CBT: Lagos, not yet paid... Some others who interviewed with my , same time and from lagos too, have received alert. I don't even understand whats going on, local man needs alert

Clicks and views are different from applications... During the whole application process, one successful applicant might have had above 10 clicks at the end of the registration.. So I disagree that over 25 million people applied.

I don't need the internet to the D.Gs. claim as the NYSC discharge certificate takes care of that with the certificate number. As at 1984, 11 years after the commencement of the scheme, my father's certificate number stood at about 357k. My certificate number as at april 2017 is around 3.36million and by november 2017 afriends cert no. was around 3.5 million. So 4 million sounds right.
