You are right. We are all KWARA and EH. So it means they are doing it batch by batch. Although I wrote my exams in KWARA,but I'm from Kogi by Origin. So no particular pattern to the payment in relation to selection..

In the coming days, ABT will die a natural death, everybody will now be on one side, new theories will spring up. With this rush like NNPC want to get this over with in no time and focus on other things.

The TF reimbursement would probably continue even after APLs are released. This was experienced during the last recruitment albeit theirs came in at a longer period after their interviews.
This is own presumption as to how the TFs are distributed. This is a FG parastatal that is laden with bureaucracy, so it is expected that the trend will continue. This payment pattern was no different from the one in the last recruitment so it is safe to aver that it is probably the same set of TF processors that supervised the last recruitment that are currently on this. The pattern of payment in my opinion is inconsequential as they could be sorting by dates/disciplines/banks. Why it comes in piecemeal however, i presume it may be more sinister than it is evident. The disbursement could probably be to circumvent approval at a higher level so as not to arouse suspicion. The names/descriptions are basic banking transfer descriptions that are inputted by Funds Transfer Staff. King, Lazarus and Faruk are all staff through which the instructions of reimbursement came from. The payments without names is probably because the FT staff of the bank failed to input the names under the description module while making the transfers. Sadly, this piecemeal payments may be done so that when funds for some interviewees(peculiar issues like wrong details/no details/wrong bank name et al) are released, they could be diverted without suspicion. I may be wrong but this is my presumption.

N:B- There is nigh probability that some of us on this thread would be employed. However, a lot does happen in this type of organizations. A lot of bureaucracy and shenanigans abound. Guys that would be in istrative/finance roles like s, Audit, Procurement, Tax and Budget. You will probably see a lot of things that would go through you or over your head. It is based on how your belief/integrity is factored that would determine how you proceed. Resignation is usually an option for some folks in these positions.

I say this based on my experience with FG agencies in the past. I may be wrong though. These are all just presumptions.

It is quite funny that you only emphasized the message I was trying to across albeit in a bid to shut me down. You have perfectly made a case for Nigerians cherry picking what adds to their pleasure at the expense of what is true.
The main point of my post was to onish us to leave an argument that doesn't make any sense and instead engage in discussions that will be of VALUE to and visitors of this forum.

So your statement about him trying to appeal to a particular divide which prompted your unnecessary barb disguised as advice indicates that you didn't comprehend his POV. All of you jumping on this have been paid I guess, trying to make yourselves feel at ease (taking the NL theory on the divide matter too serious). This has been dissected sometimes back on this thread, the names of those on the narration are staffs and not contractors. Your replies or quotes cannot pacify NNPC to dash you APL aswear! Why not hold your money, enjoy it and await the APL.
Government contracts have mobilization fees and all.... if the contractors as you believe are sourcing to pay applicants, why have they not completed the payment for the ppl who haven't received alert till date after several batches of reimbursement (for all the dates that have been massively paid, NLanders as a case study)? Why skipping the rest to pay other dates incompletely also? I pray a lot of you people don't have High BP when APL eventually drops sha. You better flex your pay and just remain hopeful, not justifying why you have been paid.
And if you wish to the band wagon of the theorists like me, do so lightly on whatever divide. It's all for fun and not the extra seriousness y'all are attaching.

Guy....it's clear you do not understand how government works....."Government contracts have mobilization fees and all"not in this industry ...the contractors mobilize and as the contract progresses there are what you call milestones, for every milestone you achieve you raise an invoice and submit,if you are lucky;you get paid within a month,if you aren't then you are on your own,mind you most contracts are up to 5 milestones which you must complete before you are paid,there is always a clause to prove you can finance your contracts for minimum 6 months- 1year before you can come claim any dime,that is where your milestones kick in. i know this cos it is part of what i do...drafting strategy memo and bid evaluation....
