some of this grants are for specific schools. You can google them and see what comes up.

I understand that other grants such as accommodation busary etc can be gotten over there in Italy IF you have the ISEE Parificato

I am currently looking into getting the documentation for reciveing the ISEE Parificato in Italy, Kindly see the attached.

1. how can these documents be gotten here in Nigeria? someone said Income returns from the Tax office, some other person said from Commissioner of oaths' who did the income declaration, family unit,etc

I'm stuck. I don't know what what to take to the consulate in Lagos in order to get the certificate.

Hi, from experience I think it's better to get the document here in Nigerian embassy in Rome, Italy; because often times what we declare as family income is usually the opposite of your bank statement.
1. You need an affidavit from an High court stating your family composition and the total amount you make in a year, afterwards you should take that affidavit to the Nigerian embassy in Rome which would be translated to your consular document (a letter headed paper with the Nigeria coat of arms)

The Italian Grading System Explained.

For those going to Italy to study and not to .....

In Italy, they use the 30-point scale. The grading system starts from 1 to 30. Grades less than 18 is not recorded. I.e, 18 is the mark. The score is divided by 30 then multiplied by 110 to get the final grade. For example, you wrote three courses (1 ECTS each) and scored 28, 24, 30. Your final grade will be: [(28*1 + 24*1 + 30*1) / 3 ] / 30 * 110 = 100/110 (final grade).


First class honours = 30 – 30L. The "L" stands for "lode" or cum lode - those with excellent mark in their thesis/project. It must be awarded unanimously by all the eleven in the . It is possible for you to see guys with 110/110 cum lode.
2:1 = 27 - 29
2:2 = 23 – 26
Third: 18 - 23

In essence, if you graduated with 2:1, it means you are between 99 - 106 out of 110. So the above illustration translates (i.e 100/110) into a 2:1.
