Deserved victory for Nigeria. There are no minor in African football,but that does'nt justify the coach playing 3 defensive midfielders. Iwobi should play 10,Chukwueze should come in 2nd half,while Onuachu should ONLY be brought in when we are chasing a game,because all he does is wait 4 long balls he cant make inteligent run. Wish the team success.

The thing people don't know is...you cannot teach confidence. If you don't have it when there is pressure then you don't have it.
Am sure he worked hard in training to be picked but it is the attitude and performance during a match that actually makes you a good keeper or not.

Didn't watch the match. At work.

As long as Sam Chukwjeze played well, I'm satisfied. With good mentoring, that guy is a future superstar. .. and I mean of Real Madrid/Barcelona proportions. Watch him often in Laliga.... exceptional talent.

Chukwueze is a baller! The guy plays with so much confidence for his age and experience. Watch his highlight and see how he runs the defence ragged. If only he has a good right foot, he would have scored. Iwobi too was brilliant. But i didn't like how they gave a lowly Burundi side too much space on the ball. Also, our defenders are poor ers and made too many unnecessary back es to a gittery Akpeyi who needs to be injected with a dose of confidence.
