What you don't understand is that the individual team goals did not matter it is just a step you have to to get the final result what matters is the number you get after all the calculations that is what you will consider so if a team has conceded 15 goals and score nothing the and you divide it by 10 to give 1.5 when you add it to the other part of the calculation let say 1.2 to give 2.7, it simply means over 2.5 goals will occur either the goal is from the team that has score nothing or the team that has scored something what matters is over 2.5 goals will occur in that match
