Dear guru in the house, I salute u all. Please my wife want to apply for ACCA at Birmingham city university, she has finished her ican over 5yrs ago but she doesn't want to use it to apply, she want to use her Bsc so that she can have more years to study. Do u think it's a good idea?
Secondly, I have a brother in UK, he's a citizen, he has been in the UK for over 10yrs, he's the one that advised us to apply for it after Canadian embassy denied me student Visa. He said my wife should be the only person that should apply for the Visa that after she might have settled down within a month, then she'll aproach the sch that she want to bring her dependants to UK. My brother said if we apply together (me & my wife & 2 children) that they may not grant the Visa. Please do u think this is a good Idea?
Thirdly, how far is Coventry to Birmingham, can she stay in Coventry while she study in Birmingham. Thank you
Zoey1: 4:28pm On Apr 23, 2019
1. Yes she can.
Gap years won't make any difference if she can explain what she been doing.
2. Your brother is not too right with his analysis. If you didn't use forged document at the Canadian embassy to warrant a ban and you have the funds to put into this ,your family can apply same time. That's what UKVI rule says. Does not have to be same day she submit hers.
Your visa would not be denied because your were denied Canadian Visa. No!
3. Birmingham is not far from Coventry , she can commute.

I was informed to prepare for second telephone interview yesterday by ukvi but unfortunately, they never called. I waited and eventually sent a reminder mail to them but no response.

Please has anyone experienced this before and what should do?

Wait or call them?

Does anyone have their number?

Children and spouse money are the same irrespective of their ages.

If the school is inside London, you must show proof of £845 for 9 months i.e 7605 pounds for 28 days
If the school is outside London, you must show proof of £680 for 9 months i.e 6120 pounds for 28 days

You should also show:

Proof of relationship: Dependants must show proof of relationship to the student such as marriage certificates and birth certificates. You will need to provide evidence to show that your relationship is genuine and subsisting. For example different documents from different sources demonstrating that you have lived together at the same address for at least 2 years. Whatsapp communication messages, facebook communication messages, call logs e.t.c

Proof of student's visa status: Copies of the student's Tier 4 visa and port details pages.

Proof of student's enrolment: A Student Status letter from university confirming that the student is currently enrolled at the University.

Thanks guys. Please I'm thinking my wife should apply together with the kids while I'll apply after they grant their Visa. Or she she should apply with one kid and I'll apply with the other kid because of the fund. Do u think they can sense any foul play because we are not applying together?
Did she need to do IELTS? Please see the attachment for the cost analysis my brother sent to me, I'm kinda confused

Is ACCA a tier-4 eligible course?
Is it a degree?
I have always it’s a professional certification course.
Maybe I’m wrong?

Maybe we don't know and you do.
If you want to apply for A Tier 4 visa, be it you or your wife, if you have your funds go ahead.

Good morning all, please gurus in the house Can need help on this. l got ission in Nottingham Trent university and my school fees is 10,500 GBP, was given a 3000 GBP waiver which reduces the school fees to 7,500 GBP. I am required to pay 3000 GBP before a CAS number will be sent to me. My plans is to take a loan and pay the 3000 GBP for the CAS. And my question is will it be possible for me to hustle there n pay for the loan, remaining school fees which is 4,500 GBP and my living expenses.

That can only be possible if..

1. Your school allows you to pay the remaining £4,500 within 6months, some schools will require you to pay the whole fees during your registration else the £3000 waiver will be withdrawn.

2. You are able to get a job that pays at least £9 per hour within a month you get to the UK.

Personally I will suggest that you think twice about coming to the UK with this plan.

Yes, there's ulterior motive. The fund we want to show will be transferred into the by my brother who base in the UK. We don't want the exchange rate to affect the amount so as to transfer back the exact amount. Also we want to use the domiciliary for our savings because we are going there because of the kids (we want a better life for them) and majorly to go and hustle

Do you want a fast visa process or to shun interview?
Truth is even with £956 Super Priority you might still be called on phone for Interview.
Priority , Yes you will go through an interview session.
