I don't think it's compulsory for ission and visa application... But this very morning at the consulate, I saw Paulinus asking a guy for Student visa for his NYSC Certificate. He claimed it's under "Supplementary documents".
Besides, why start NYSC and leave without completing it?
I'll advice that you on the NYSC portal immediately your school mobilises you. You can then do "revalidation" later on when you wish to go to camp.
Even if you don't plan to work in Nigeria... You can never say where it will be needed.

My challenge is now I am trying to work and liege there but with the rate I see science related course here it is like it would be difficult get get a job within my field of study or if I am to make a change what suggestion can I get.
Brother, check Trier university for MA in European and East Asian Governance. The course is mainly for Political scientist though, it comes with 50Euros Application fees..ielts 6.0 or EPL from the varsity your graduated from.

Interview = 22nd February, incomplete funds, no birth certificate and no courier envelope. I was given until 1st of March to update these documents.
26th feb: i went to submit these document.
I used Chemnitz for my application.Resumption: 1st April. enrollment deadline: 26th April.
feb 26 - March 26:waiting waiting
March 26: i called the embassy and they i should send mail
March 27: i sent embassy a mail, NO REPLY
waiting waiting
April 1st : sent another mail, No reply
April 2nd : sent another mail, No reply
April 2nd : Mailed my alien office
Alien office: we have your documents here, please send us your blocked confirmation so we can finish the process
sharp sharp, I sent it
April 3rd: mailed alien office
Alien office: we have sent your approval to the embassy, them for more information.
Sharply i mailed embassy, No reply.
April 4th: i called embassy that i have sent them several mails but no response
they said the mails is irritating that i should hold on for their response.
April 8th, 8:59am: Received mail to bring my port and 6 months Insurance stating my travel date.

Hello my brother, I would advise that u forget everything ing an Agent in this ur travelling plans.
We have more than capable hands here who can be adjudged as professors and masters in study n travel issues.
Just try to process everything on ur own, you can do it and many people have been doing it from this platform. If you are confused along the way just ask ur questions here I believe u will be guided accordingly.
Just Believe you can do it and this platform can help you to succeed in your German study plans.
But if you feel that you have money and the agent is better, you can still go ahead with him coz at the end all we want is Success..

I don't think you should be disturbing both the Embassy and the alien office yet. It is just 3 weeks plus. Relax and be parking your bags gradually. Shalom

You can also apply to International Economics and Public Policy, Trier University starting may 1st for application. No need to use Uni Assist

You would have to apply to a studienkollege, that’s a 1 year training before you can begin, your 100 level transcript would be translated to English. I’m guessing you don’t know german? It’s a German taught course under their ISE program (Internationa students in engineering) they would it you but you’d have to learn german till b2 level before you can fully enroll in your studies. I don’t really know much about the undergraduate programs but here’s the website where you can do your research. Just have all your documents, eg CV, O level, Tofel or IELTS , motivation letter, translated 100 level certificates. You might have to get ASP certificate since you are coming from China but I doubt it would apply to you since you are a Nigerian and you only went there to school. Here is their website you’d see all the information. Good luck
