This one weak me, no one ever thought a time like this would come

I took a bike from a barber's shop around Kwara hotel about an hour ago and he was telling me about the floggings that have been going on for some days now. He told me he just went to drop a man who was flogged now. He said they were being flogged for collecting money and not delivering votes, I was surprised and didn't want to believe. This just made me believe,they have lost it completely
