The people in the villages have radios even if they dont have televisions. Plus mobile phones are in the villages too.

Plus most of the elderly are in the villages and they were adults when Atiku and OBJ ruled. They know he is a thief

If you must be partisan, at least do so with some level of sensitivity to the plight of others who, for them, this could mean life or death.
