Those pictures are the true state of Delta. Nothing has really improved since the take over of Sen Ifeanyi Okowa. If states like Akwa Ibom, Anambra, Osun, Oyo and Kano are doing well in infrastructure then Deltans should be ashamed. Their neighbouring state Edo is trying inspite of limited resources at their disposal

The perceived corruption under Ibori and Uduaghan has left that state prostrate. Those guys just came to loot and they looted willy-nilly.
