How did your interview go?... Plus how many of you were there?

For sales, marketing, BD and innovation, we were 6 in number. Two guys in sales and marketing also did earlier in the week with some guys in HR,CR and IT.
It was just behavioural questions.

Does that mean that the psychometric test and phone interview are not part of the selection phase?

This is not entirely correct. The next stage which is the 4th stage is an Interview Chat with the Executive of the Division which you are applying into(This requires all of your presence - Spirit, Soul and Body. Lol). This is actually where the final selection is made. After this is then the psychometric tests and a phone interview from a consultant in South Africa(which does not require your presence) to determine your level of emotional intelligence and map out ways to improve on it while you're on the job. Also Note that It is after the psychometric and phone interviews that you would get the congratulatory call.

There were different categories, 4 were chosen from my category. You will be reimbursed if you make it to the last stage. I didn't get to collect mine because I left early and someone decided to keep it.
