When they say official it means it has to be issued by your department. But you can do it yourself by typing it and making it look official. just make sure the modules correspond with that of the physiology course you did.
In my case I used that of another school but changed the letter head to that of my school.

I wrote my TOEFL in 2016, classés, Material and registration cost me 70k, it should expire after 2 years, but some school accept it even after the expiry date, the school I applied to this year accepted mine.

For the hours ..

If you still have access to your course registration form that's states the hour time per class .. Then attached it also.

Or preferable, draft a NEW word documents

List all your Geology, Geophysics course's.

Then the time allocated per week.

Normally in Nigeria for instance

GEO101: introduction to geology
Let's say its 3unit course in your university.
Then the Hours per week might be 3hours
E.g 3unit course 3hrs, 2unit 2hours

For the 3units. You could easily do such

1..GEO101. Introduction to geology
ETCS: 3unit
Hours duration: 3hours
Timing periods

MONDAY: 9am-11am

I got ission offer for the MS in Economics at Ruhr University Bochum for the 2018/2019 winter semester. No German Language proficiency certificate was required in the ission process.

I have no idea if the requirements have changed now. You could check their website.

Nb : I'm not at RUB. I didn't take up the offer.
