Before any human will say it is a project of previous istration, let me inform you that this project is funded by Sukuku Bond

You travelled to Afikpo from Owerri and you ed through Aba-Umuahia-Okigwe road abi. Lies are very sweet ohhh. I guess this was the route you took: Owerri-Umuahia-Okigwe-Uturu-Afikpo. You should have just take Owerri-Okigwe-Afikpo but you wouldn't cos you would have spent about 4-6 hrs just between owerri and okigwe(which should be nothing more than an hour drive).
You people should at least lie with small conscience

I have just moved around those states within 2 weeks now. Go to 9th mile down to Okpudo/ Umumba by Ezeagu local government in Enugu state. That's by Onitsha/ Enugu express way. A road of 22klm is nearing completion by RCC.Go to Okigwe/ Umuahi/ Enugu roads. Arab contractors and Setraco are on ground. That's another roads of 76klm under construction. Come to Second Niger Bridge here , it's another project by FG government. To be sincere, I don't know why you people like a life of self denial like this. And it's not only Arab contractors on the field, we have Setraco handling 9thmile down to Okpudo/ Umumba by Ezeagu Local government area that's via Onitsha/ Enugu road. Arabs contractors and Setraco are the ones in Okigwe) Amuzu,amibo and Umuagu down to Umuahi axis.

I'm APC but I'm disappointed for now as far as road infrastructure is concerned in Southeast. Work has been ongoing as claimed but the pace is slower than snail. When Jonathan was in power it was same pace as all these roads have been under construction without end since 2003. The Port-Harcourt Owerri road with less than 20 km left from Omarelu to Umuagwo has deteriorated back to the way it was in 2014 and so has Oyigbo section of Aba-Port Harcourt expressway that made me condemn Jonathan. Good enough there's still time to make a difference between now and February 2019.

So APC please prove that we are different by showing Southeast love between now and February.
