Make sure the address you input when paying with your card is the exact address on your if not it won't go. You can confirm your address by logging into your internet banking and check your statement; the address should be by the upper left corner.

All CIC needs is that PA has access to funds and I did not have power for affidavit.

Yes. how did you make payment? Mine was online. I immediately followed their instruction to forward evidence of payment and other details like full name, details etc. within 24 hours. I already have my speaking date and time and also the written time schedule. You should go physically to their office on Monday due to limited time.

then get the other letter, thats assuming it's another company

I think you need to read page one very well, all these questions are covered.

Please try and get the letter with the recent date showing else they will assume you have 2 years experience but you quoted 5 years.

at the bold section, it doesn't matter. My friend's wife got her writing upgraded from 6-7. If you are sure of what you wrote, then the onus is on your to do the needful. However if you are in doubt, then you sit for another one.

I am the PA, funds are in my wife's and since IRCC allows funds in spouse's we decided not to move it. She only wrote a letter stating the funds are meant for our immigration plans and i have access to them. I have received gcms notes twice no red flag raised. Funds acknowledged.

Like I noted earlier and other people have added, there are easier options. But if you still want to transfer to your hubby, best to do it once and back it with a deed gift/declaration.

Type ICES ECA evaluation and detailed process pops out.However,click on *apply now*, fill in your details,your reference number with A000.....,will be displayed,take note of that then after filling it,scan and original B.sc or whatever degree you have in coloured as well as your international port.There is a placeholder for each document.Of you are married, your marriage certificate in the placeholder for*others* this is important to prove the reason for discrepancy for the names in your certificate and international port.

Go ahead to make payment with debit card as it is accepted notwithstanding their website specifically said only credit card is accepted.Courier fee for Canadian address is $26 while international address is$75.

Then for official transcript,your school *must* send it to ICES through the school's official email address or they can courier it to ICES.Official school email address should not be yahoo or gmail.

I would suggest you follow up with your school so that once the transcript is ready,you can create an ICES acccount,submit then send the reference no to your school to submit the next day or so.

They only send acknowledgement of documents,and completion of ECA to your email or you can to your to see it too.

Once your school sends your transcript to ICES,send them a mail to confirm receipt and you will get response within 48 hrs.Goodluck guys.

Yeah, I went through the site, I got confused when they said the institution must send them the document/certificate and not via the individual.
I get the part of applying and ing docs, at what point will I inform them in my school. because for MCC, after I paid and sent them the docs, they sent a request for verification to my school and my school ed me and I paid some money for my school to send the verified copy back to MCC....after which I got ECA.

Hi guys. Please i need your help. My wife has been refused a US visitor visa in the past. While filling the express entry profile these two questions where asked;
1. has applicant been refused refugee status,or an immigrant or permanent resident visa or visitor or temporary resident visa to canada or any other country?
2. Has applicant ever been refused a visa or permit,denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?

Should we answer 'yes' to both? Or 'no' to the first and yes to the second.
It looks confusing.
