1. Hardly the ones in govt hospitals in Nigeria. The one you mentioned is in the hospitals abroad or the private ones here.


The nurses i encountered were caring and concerned and always cheerful...not govt hospital though.

Whenever i take my LO for immunization(in a govt hospital), it is always rudeness galore.

2. The first time i went there, i was sent back to my seat because i did not answer "ma" when my baby's name was called.



3. They even scold you for not holding the baby properly for the injection as if we were trained.

No particular profession condones rudeness, just a particular category - Nigerian government workers (nurses, police, etc), once they realise you belong to the lower economic strata and can't afford to grease their palms nor are you powerful enough to punitively report their bad behaviour. The uninformed public also encourage this behaviour by the way they bow, scrape and treat them like lords because they believe they/loved ones are at their complete mercy in their wards/cells.

Next time it's best to start from within your limits before you go out. it's a Nigerian Forum first to serve Nigerians in millions. Then also you are paying the lawyer to get you out of your mess. A lawyer is not your employee merely because you are paying for his professional service which he has agreed to give you. Doesn't mean he owes you any respect. Otherwise go solve your mess yourself.

Of course there’s always an exception to the rule, even in nature. But I’m yet to meet one, and in my family we have a fair share of lawyers, Lol!!!
