I honestly can't say. Not everyone was given, however I don't know the distinguishing factor the card is supposed to serve.

Try going tomorrow as you were told.

But hold on, did the officer tell you about coming back on Wednesday? I mean before the superior intervened.

A card was given to some persons while some others were not given due to some reasons best known to them..

Don't u think some persons who did not receive the card today can still go for the screening again tomorrow.. And maybe this time such a person can be issued the card especially when he is been screened by another official. How would they know?

Just saying sha, cus there was nothing like thumb print to justify that a person has been screened before just the file which most likely might not be taken to the center 2moro since they are dealing with another group of the same Cadre...

Oga, Use correcting fluid and clean the date and your names out..... leave the signature and the stamp there...... Then do a colour photocopying..... then fill in your name and date....

If you want to clean the signature, feel free....

I called a friend who told me that screening is still ongoing at the moment, As at 7.30pm, my friend number is 3112 and just 1000 applicants have been screened.

I was among the first 70 that they screened today in Benin, did they give any card?
Am also yet to get my medical certificate o fitness. I just hope they don't stress on it much.

i hope no card was given to anybody at ogun state screening center today?....wee er just told to cum for running tomorrow, if i get em right

I do not have a soft copy... What I did was to pay someone design a logo and look for a sample of a medical fitness test result from google and create it and print it at a cafe....

I will say that you should just look for any sample on google and create a local government hospital medical report... Let the LGA be an interior one that thy might not even have a clue of...

Do you have issues with in credentials? If yes, it might be the reason for her to refuse giving you the tag. Because same thing happened in Lagos (NAF Base, Ikeja). Some people were not issued the tag cos of one issue or the other. Though it was announced that everyone who participated in the screening today (whether given tag or not) should report tomorrow for the physical exercise. Don't know of those disqualified though!

we filled the form and people started going in for the screening according to there numbers.
it was a very quick and easy process
at first your height, feet and chest would be measured before you can go in for documentation.
medical certificate was not an issue
everyone was succesful in the screening
everyone was given a tag
everyone was asked to return tomorow for physical excersise tomorow
