Bro, birth certificate serves a different purpose. With FSLC (which is issued by the Ministry of Education of the State in which one must have attended primary school) date of birth is easy to since it will be written on it. Testimonials are accepted during some recruitments but most prefer FSLC for the reasons I stated above. But like I wrote earlier, just go to the screening center with any primary school credential you have (whether FSLC or testimonial). Don't give up if you have just a testimonial. All the best.

state of origin dont matter. what matters is the preferred state of screening. I am from Imo but my preferred state of screening is lagos and i have received invitation.

Bro, you can wear jeans tros, denim jacket and helmet to your screening center. Heck! You can even wake up in pink pajamas and go to the screening center that way. But for you to cross the gate and be allowed inside, you MUST be on white T-shirt and shorts as stated in the email.
