The reason why First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC) is requested during federal government recruitments is to check age falsification. That is the plain truth. FSLC usually has date of birth written on it whereas testimonials don't carry such information. But let's HOPE AND PRAY that testimonials will be accepted in the absence of FSLC. Just go to your screening center with any primary school credential you have (whether FSLC or testimonial). All the best to everyone.
