Rave Tv is still located on 28' E with the tp of:
11635 H 30000
When scanned it comes out with a dollar sign of encryption. But the dollar sign notwithstanding, it opens for viewing

Please what could be the cause of my 4922 refusing to power on, it will only show a tiny little symbol in a second and it has been like this throughout today. It used to happen before and after some time it will pick but this one don serious.
Could it be from the power board or is the motherboard affected Anyone with knowledge of what am saying

Remove any accessories you connected to it. E.g. WiFi stick.

Check also that your signal cables have no short circuits. E.g. in the f connectors.

Thanks so much for your response, As I was disconnecting other components attached to the decoder as u suggested, I discovered the decoder was very hot, I opened it and discovered one small transformer in the power circuit was hot and making wierd sound. I hope ds transformer can be replaced by local electronic repairer. Am able to use d decoder now by putting it under fan.

Once again, Rave Tv is on 28' E with the tp of 11635 H 30000 (being shown as 29976)
It shows picture and gives audio despite $ sign of encryption

Along the line, we now talked how Channels on Media 7 can be tracked on the nearby Badr 26' E - using the same LNB. The tracking of 26' E uses tp of 10970 V 27500

Please take the steps logically
Rave Tv.... Yes, check on 28' E (never mind $ sign)
Media 7 channels..... Yes, on 26' E tweak same LNB to retain Multi TV (Joy Tv 28' E) and Media 7 on 26' E together

These are the requirements you need to enjoying free to air satellite:
1. A universal satellite decoder e.g strong decoder
2. A dish
3A disecq switch (optional)
4. Antenna cable
Since you were using DStv decoder before, you only need a universal satellite decoder. The size of your dish will determine what you will have access to. You can WhatsApp me on 08060150782 or call 09094626655 for further guidance
