JideSM Look at the things i have done below to enable my MTN sim browse using main balance:
(1) *131*200# have done that
(2) RESET to 131 have done that
(3) Dial *131*200# and reboot phone have done that
(4) Change phone from symbian to android and android to symbian done that.
(5) Called customer care (1,000 times)
Finally the customer care have sent my line to the technical since the past 8months and still yet no avail to making my sim browse with the main balance
Please is my line/number unique cry anyway i know it will end like this *in your voice* "I will send your line to the technical team, gIve them 24hrs Thank you"

I have done what you said i migrated from beta talk to pulse but still did not work and dialed *131*200# still i can't browse using my main balance.

Am typing this from MTN Pulse midnight browsing @ N25 so i might not reply immediately.

Also before i forget the last MTN customer rep i called ended the call without me explaining the issue.

Thats rude i didn't even shout on him or anything, just explaining and he ended the call.

The next day, I was shocked to get a prompt that my data is exhausted. I was so sure I didn't use upto 500mb 'cause I monitor my data usage. I took the screenshot that same day.

I have 242mb plus 75mb bonus on my line but MTN has been deducting my airtime since yesterday over 200naira.
I have dialed *131*200# for data suspension even though I have never used the service.
When I call 180 it's in another language that I can't understand.
Please I desperately need help to start browsing with my data again.
