JideSM:I have done what you said i migrated from beta talk to pulse but still did not work and dialed *131*200# still i can't browse using my main balance. Am typing this from MTN Pulse midnight browsing @ N25 so i might not reply immediately. Also before i forget the last MTN customer rep i called ended the call without me explaining the issue. Thats rude i didn't even shout on him or anything, just explaining and he ended the call. |

Few days back, I had around 200+mb and mtn gifted me 1GB. The next day, I was shocked to get a prompt that my data is exhausted. I was so sure I didn't use upto 500mb 'cause I monitor my data usage. I took the screenshot that same day. JideSM, kindly help me to run a check on my line.

I have 242mb plus 75mb bonus on my line but MTN has been deducting my airtime since yesterday over 200naira. I have dialed *131*200# for data suspension even though I have never used the service.
