Oga JideSM, ur ppl have done it again ooo.. My line suddenly went off around past6 dis evening jus like dat... I have tried d SIM on other fones, same thing. I did a SIM swap sometime last month. How can a SIM jus suddenly go off like dat? It looks like Ur ppl Now intentionally sell fake and substandard sim cards. I'll have to wait till tomoro to go for a SIM swap all over again meaning I can't take calls or msgs as dat is my main line... I jus hope by then I won't notice any thing fraudulent

All attempts to unsubscribe from it have been abortive. These deductions are a pain in the neck. It should be stopped please.

Hello jidesm, I recently did mtn 1.5gb to browse on phone, after about two days, the SIM has no service to browse, call or send message.
What could be the problem, because I use the SIM for bank transaction.

Hi Mucokey, You can change your PIN at any time by sending an SMS with default PIN New PIN New PIN to 777. For example, send an SMS with '0000 1234 1234' to 777. You can also change your PIN by dialing *600*default PIN*New PIN* New PIN# on your phone and then click on send/press ok. For example, dial *600*0000*1234*1234# and then send/ok.

I think I I have figured what d problem is. My phone has a problem (virus most likely), it converts all numbers from this format +2348033335555 to +8033335555; it removes all country codes...making it seem like an international number although d right recipient actually receives d message in Nigeria. I have restored my phone and I think d problem has been corrected, I hope I can get a refund of d excess charge. Tnx for ur help thus far.
