Hi, please i need the list of MTN walk in centres in VI or Oworo. I went to the one at Adeola Odeku today to be told that they are on strike.

Hello jidesm, I recently did mtn 1.5gb to browse on phone, after about two days, the SIM has no service to browse, call or send message.

JideSM even me i experience such i sent a single message to a single line and my was deducted 4times of 4,4,4,4Naira, please can you help me stop this its annoying the affected line is the one i sent to your mail.

Hi Mucokey, You can change your PIN at any time by sending an SMS with default PIN New PIN New PIN to 777. For example, send an SMS with '0000 1234 1234' to 777. You can also change your PIN by dialing *600*default PIN*New PIN* New PIN# on your phone and then click on send/press ok. For example, dial *600*0000*1234*1234# and then send/ok.

I think I I have figured what d problem is. My phone has a problem (virus most likely), it converts all numbers from this format +2348033335555 to +8033335555; it removes all country codes...making it seem like an international number although d right recipient actually receives d message in Nigeria. I have restored my phone and I think d problem has been corrected, I hope I can get a refund of d excess charge. Tnx for ur help thus far.
