With your qualification and training, I don't think you should be looking for data analysis, calculation, ing or desk job, as it will jist be a waste. Plant breeding, rice research, greenhouse technology, and seed technology all look like viable business areas to me. I believe you should be thinking of applying your knowledge to set up a business around agriculture.
