Gud evening beloved fruitful mums. Pls, I've bn having some kinds of unusual feelings dz days. I have a 26/27 days cycle. Am presently on CD16 and I usually ovulate on CD14-CD16 of every cycle. Before my period ds cycle, I had several unbearable preggy symptoms but was later disappointed on seeing d appearance of AF on the 10th. Ever since after d AF, I've bn feeling somehow. From noisy stomach and cramps to frequent headache dat resists paracetamol, feeling nauseous and gluttonous a lot. I've bn wondering about ds for long but am just confused. Honestly, am tired of telling DH about my feeling as it usually raises false hopes each time I do so. I even treated malaria before my last cycle, drank bitterleaves juice after AF. Pls, mamas what could be d cause? Am tired of dz feeling cos it s driving me crazy.

If its a sickness, then complaining to your general practitioner may lead to a test and a diagnosis.
But in my opinion i would say its your mind playing games on you. You want to be pregnant and know what the symptoms of pregnancy are, so logically, your body and mind are working to deceive u. I have experienced it countless times. Relax my sister. And definitely stop telling hubby of pregnancy symyoms u think u feel. Tell him only when a blood test confirms a positive.

I can't say. I used to cramp a day b4 ovulation but stopped cramping after some cycles.
I think we shld maximise bd all through our fertile period whether ovulating or not cos at times, we may not pinpoint the exact time ovulation will occur. It can come earlier or later. The cycle I got bfp, hubby just dey bd dey go. How would I have known my ovulation shifted by 7 days that cycle? If I were to guess I won't have guessed it. My ovulation test strip just did not test positive around my ovulation period, so I guessed ovulation had occurred. Just dey fire dey go , abeg.

so if you want to increase flow during AF avoid both days leading up to and during AF. I have experiences with both and lemon is worse than ACV when it comes to stopping and shortening AF

Sounds to me like your body is stressed out and lacking nutrients. But first take a scan, to ensure you are indeed not pregnant, some women have AF while pregnant you know.

If no BFP, then you are probably stressed out, Try taking enough rest, lots and lots of water, fruits nd healthy meals possibly cut back on bread, snacks and all those refined carbs, you can add a multivitamin, but make sure you rest well.

When was the last time you de-wormed? Maybe you should consider it when next you have AF(hopefully BFP instead of AF by God's grace)

Yes you are very right, for someone who has heavy or normal flow, it makes it light and eases pain. But you know she complained her AF doesn't flow well, and needs something to make it flow, lemon can make it free of clots and ease pain but it won't make it flow much.

Read online about the use of lemon during AF, it is fine for someone with heavy/regular flow but not for people with scanty/little flow. I usually have 3 days flow as well and anytime i take lemon or ACV during AF it becomes 2days or a 1.5days only.

I was taking lemon in warm water every morning only to notice my AF stopped abruptly on the 2nd day (AF for that cycle was 1.5day) I was about to go crazy and just thought i should check online before raising alarm, only to realize many women use lemons to shorten and/or stop AF.

Thanks dear. I wanted to deworm after AF but d Edo woman dat's treating me told me to leave it and let's watch out wat will happen as she said my body changed somehow after being examined. I'm even going to see her today to explain things to her. I was unable to sleep yesta9t as I wasn't comfortable.

As par fruits and water, I do take them more than enough. I don't joke wt them ever since I learnt of their importance while TTC.
