True, most are reflective and almost useless outdoors. They also tend to self-crack, have bought for Redmi note 4x and Mi max, all thesame, had to throw mine away within just a week of usage .

You can try reflashing your rom or downgrading (if you updated) or wait for the next update, hopefully it should fix it.

You can try it, have used some that worked perfectly with my phone.

If i might add, usb cords can be quite funny at times. When i was using htc m8, i got a high speed 1.5m cord, it charged my htc slowly despite using a charger of 2A output. When I got note4x, the same cord with the fone charger charges fast..i am even yet to use the original usb that came with the phone. I have likewise seen bb usbs doing wonders than so called branded android usbs

Lolz. It doesn't need googling nah. Hundreds have been using RN4 for a long time in this thread. If Ur note 4 starts having charging problems, it's just an accident and ain't got nothing to do with RN4.

You are right. One of my previous android phone's "follow come" charger stopped charging the phone all of a sudden.
I changed the cable and it started charging again.

So it is not peculiar to RN4.

While trying to port to developers rom 7.5.22 on redmi 4x, I was getting this error,-

can't update you're allowed to flash the newest develop version published by Miui forum from stable version only

I am currently on miui global stable rom 8.2.12.0, but trying to port to developers rom 7.5.22.

Kindly help with how to solve this.

Those packages are in the airport since a long time ago, na our lazy customs at the airport dey cause all these shit. It takes around 17 hours for flight to get to lagos after u get that message (Depart from transit country or district). So, Singapore post has done their work, na our naija custom dey do this shit....

use fastboot rom to flash and not the recovery method since there is a newer version of the rom you are trying to flash. BL unlock and mi flash tool are needed here.

Lazyness... They Just clear a little. As a matter of fact, it's easier to clear new ones than old ones in storage. New knew comes in, they clear it and forward it, while the one knows storage means stress a little for them. They are probably cc learning it too bt at a pace, slower than snail. They wouldn't want the new obesity to add to the old ones unless there is question mark over it
