Do not click on 'power'. There is another 'battery use' setting under 'power' which will take you to the screenshot you posted. Which is not what the other guy typed.

The correct one is what he typed :

To increase battery life again guys after turning miui optimization off.. Just go to battery settings option, proceed to battery use and select more to go to battery optimisation and optimise doz stubborn miui app that run like bolt.. Sit back and watch ur battery life increased be it mtk or snapdragon.

After optimizing all apps, most system apps still runs unoptimized, so had to do each manually. Only two can't be optimised [ manager and Google Play services] but i also noticed it resets after reboot and u have to repeat the whole process again fr all the apps
