Below are photos of Victor Paul Bassey, an Akwa Ibomite from Uyo LGA with brain tumor which has affected his spines and legs.They have spent all they have as a family and all the young man is doing right now is to use a facecap on his head and wait for whatever fate will bring his way. According to reports,he needs a surgery that will cost about 2 million Naira at the Ibom specialist hospital.However,financial constraints are the major problems militating against his surgery.
