bought my infinix hot4 at microstation Ibadan exactly two weeks ago. my battery has been draining so fast since the day I got it even using edge. my main reason for buying infinix is the battery and now am dissapointed. this would be my first and last infinix phone.

go to WiFi then advanced option then turn off WiFi from searching when screen turned off. I minimize ur brightness then switch to Facebook lite.
I used this fone for long and battery was awesome. If these tips don't work that means it's a factory defect.... If so u should take it back and complain

it doesn't work, have done all that since day one. even updated my current apps.

I have never had any issue with my phone battery, it lasts very well for me even on 3g. Yours may be a factory defect.

u guys will just come and moan abt ba3.....you expect a smart phone ba3 to last forever abi

Only pictures i take saves on my sd card. My SD Card seems useless now because all what i do on my phone saves on the Internal Memory/Phone Storage. Pls any help as to this issue?

Please, If I want to take a selfie, the selfie camera automatically switch to beauty mode. This beauty mode is making my pictures blur and ugly so I have to switch it manually to normal mode. I thought it was the inbuilt camera app, so I ed 3 camera apps yesterday, but the selfie camera is still in beauty mode. This is annoying!
Please is there a way I can lock it to normal mode

that's marshmallow for you. Only pictures you take with your phone and files sent to you through Bluetooth will be save on your SD card. You will have to move the rest manually to SD card. Buh you may format the SD card as internal, meaning the SD card and internal storage become one. This can be done under settings, STORAGE AND USB.

Pls I dunno if I'm the only one having an issue with this phone and memory cards. I've bought both 16gb & 8gb memory cards at various times, yet...all the phone does is corrupt it after a few hours/ days. The pics taken become corrupted(blurred) & it just gets worse.

Right now, I've given up on using an mcard, cuz it seems d phone only just kills d mcards. Dunno if y'all are using Mcards in yours...or any similar issue?

yeah once happened to me too, if you insert the SD card and it gets corrupted, just format the phone. And when you are done formatting, you should set up the SD card under storage and USB by formatting the SD card as portable storage.

bro I think the best option is to leave your phone as it is. These upgrades do come with one bug or the other. I got to know this from when I was using hot 2, my phone was perfectly okay until I did the first update, my phone's battery started giving me problem, another update was released to fix that bug but it also created another problem, camera became blurry, in short, every update I did solves a problem and creates another. I've seen a lot of my friends complain after updating their phones to this nougat version. what's the essence if updating when it creates more problems than it solves.

From what you posted, you used your phone for 2 hours and lost 9% battery, right?

My infinix hot note is very slow n charging DAT it takes up to 5-6hrs to full and it drops fast weneva am using it......does it mean d battery is not good anymore n if I get a new battery wld I enjoy it like I jes got a new gone.
