I have no issues with the amount; just worried it might not be enough coz I attend beach parties too. But it's ok if you can manage.

If am to comment i will say this is a great and welcome idea. But in my opinion i feel such shld come later jan or fri/sat of feb valentine time. 2nd of jan might not afford some people due to festive period and most people spend such with families usually in their home towns and wont b back until prob when work resumes for them or school as the case may b. That date is not accommodating if really the whole idea is to have as many NLs together. #personalopinion. Seasons Greeting.

We don't want to postpone it till after the festive period. We made it January because people insisted we do it after the new year.
