Very easy. Get on a bus to oshodi. Then enter a bus going to lekki from Oshodi. Tell the conductor you're going to elegushi, they'll stop you at the bus stop. Take N50 bike to the beach entrance...

Or alternatively, you can board a cab straight to elegushi beach.


Note that there's a gate fee of 1k at the beach entrance...
