any deep thinker will know the reason for all these skrill , paypal and payoneer problem is our government policy, the reason why paypal and the likes are able to work in other country is because of the government .. if you attempt any kind of fraud in abroad, you are 90% trackable .. but that is not the case in nigeria .. OUR GOVERNMENT DON'T WANT TO TAKE PART IN ANY OF THESE ( yes i have "UNSOLID PROOF" ) our government dont want to help tackle fraud in case any occur .. that is the reason why the likes of paypal can't operate in nigeria

We agreed at the rate of N508/$ and immediately did a transfer to him but till now, he has not fully funded.

It's been one story to another. He paid me $300 after 2 days and till now he hasn't paid me the balance.

My take is if you couldn't meet up with the other, could you not have refunded the money? Is it not wickedness to keep back my BTC and fund for 3 days?

about skrill , so far skrill has been good to me, but if we all can take time to look at SKRILL monthly limit once your is fully verified you will see that the monthly limit is ALMOST 26,000$ then i see know reason why they should ban me when i havent exceeded that limit, i mean that's not fair ... my skrill got limited for no reason about a month ago, then i read through their T AND S agan and i saw that i havent broken any rules, then i sent all my documents again to them and insulted them in a polite manner and after 3 days my came back to life and THEY APOLOGIZE TO M .. till today i didnt know what i did wrong.. but if it's the old me who give up easily, i will just forget the money and move on, but sometimes this people are wrong too, but they always capitalize on our fear and "internet made up" reputation ..
