Evidence of change of name in newspaper
Evidence of husband place of residence (nepa bill, national ID or drivers licence)
Written letter stating reason for redeployment (marital)
But you will have to go your state of deployment for the camp.

Oau pcms our Original Certificate will be ready as from 21th of November...got the msg today in senate from the Man in charge....and date for Convo is still December 7-10th so while in camp u can take permission to go for ur Convo..they release in camp for the convo tho it depends on the place they post u.

We got our Original Cert 5 days after graduation...meanwhile in some schools like Unilag, Uniben, OAU, u get it 5years later.

Hehe which kind play be that, y una go dey mention OAU for that kind thing
