Bro,your choices are biased and one sided,infact it's not possible,reason why?okay,i will explain as thus:
Sokoto and Kebbi state are both in the NorthWest Geo-political zone of Nigeria while Plateau and Nasarrawa states are in the NorthCentral Geo-political zones of Nigeria,you see the choices are biased,no Southern states,which is very compulsory,and moreover it's a state per Geo-political zones,so my bro,make amend.
