Yes it will...how soon is what can't be predicted! Personally, the fact that the CBN stopped selling to BDCs is a brilliant idea to me...people should be allowed to source for forex especially at this critical time when the CBN is not able to meet up with demand, but with a bit of regulation ($10000 daily limit by the banks sounds good at this time)

I really don't see why it should...if the CBN continues to hands off the responsibility of being the sole source of getting forex across to everyone who needs it, like it already has...which will be some sort of a blessing in the long term when it has excess forex after shoring up the country's reserves. I think I'm somewhere in-between optimism and pessimism here, that point where realism tells you what scenarios could eventually play out if things are done in a certain way. The law of demand & supply will decide eventually, but #400 to $1 in July 2016, I doubt it very much.

Maybe I should have asked you why you think that will happen in the first place.
