wall geckos are often harmless to humans, they are not vectors of any disease that I can recall, they are wonderful creatures and pose no harm, so no need to poison or kill the poor thing. if u dislike it that much, get a broom and pack it out carefully without killing it, it may loose a tail in the process, its normal. but u may want to reconsider, owing to the fact that they are pest controllers and help get rid of cockroaches and bugs from your house.
