court has no jurisdiction, there was an election, inec should conclude the process and declare result, aggrieved person can only start from the electoral tribunal

the AGF goofed on this issue, he should have requested for a judicial interpretation from Supreme court, this would have prevented series of litigation that will cost the nation more.
