The Peninsula Integrated Power Project (PIPP) provides power for the Lagos State Government (LASG) water works and public lighting within Lekki, Victoria Island and Ikoyi. The project is a Public Private Partnership (PPP) between LASG and Peninsula Integrated Power Limited. This project is focused on greatly improving water supply and safety by the provision of street lights. A private company came in built a power station ( meant for street lights and flow of water) and Fash did commissioned the project(good) but who initiated the idea of private companies to take over power generation was it Fash? So please learn to appreciate the transformation agenda

They would also blame the FG for not removing Power Generation from the exclusive list. Now it has been removed. Each state can generate its own electricity. But we still have power outages in Lagos.
