As a matter of urgency call your employer number that is showing on your GIS and tell him to accept you on his/her GIS portal or possibly go and meet him/her. Am afraid since December hope your match is still valid. Best of luck.

did u just notice it? or has it been like that all this while? cos an intern in my place of work experienced same as a result of d upgrade. as laduna rightly said meet your employer to accept or reaccept you again if he has previously done that, that's what my employer did

Please tell me something before the payment of interns on 18th Feb,2015 when you to GIS , is there any anomaly in your number in your profile? because I don't see why there should be any sort of omission whatsoever if that is intact. But if your profile show correct number and yet you effect another correction with sure p at their office that means there is serious concern for others that have not been paid.

Please were is your location? I would appreciate if u can help me meet dem on my issue me n my co-interns have not been paid since we started September. Puntersmind have been helping me to fix it but we weren't still paid this month, however I noticed on one of my co-intern profile that his number is mine and can't say if this could be the reason cos my employer is good with computer and all that has been asked have been done. December a sure-p staff called to inform my employer that we were going to be paid but till date nothing. Apparently, some persons have insisted in sending more than 1 matching request per intern. The guy that sent me matching request for 6 persons, please reply my email as soon as you can because I hope to compile the matching list within the week. Another prominent requester sent me 10 names to match, it simply doesn't work that way. Moreover, I was directed by that prominent requester to increase their hire limit and rectify lots of stuffs on their portal. Hmmm, please call SURE-P for such issues. To those persons that check in on me daily for the matching, please be patient. You will notified by SURE-P via email once you're matched.
