no nation is immuned against internal or external aggression. The level of war preparedness of a country military and defence system will go a long way in determining the peace,progress and tranquility of that country. Eg israel. Israel has one of the best and most up to date security and defence systems ,that is why her nationals can sleep peacefully at night with rest of mind despite the fact that theyu are surrounded be enemies.
